    Service Description

    • JobSmoker is a done-for-you job application service
    • For $97 per month, our team applies to 100+ jobs on your behalf based on the preferences and resume you provide
    • You will receive weekly updates on the jobs we have applied to

    Subscription and Billing

    • The service costs $97 per month, billed monthly through Stripe
    • Your subscription begins when you complete payment
    • You can cancel your subscription at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
    • There are no long-term contracts or commitments

    Refund Policy

    • If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us at hello@jobsmoker.com within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund
    • After the 7-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
    • Contact hello@jobsmoker.com for any refund requests

    Your Responsibilities

    • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information in your profile and resume
    • You must be legally authorized to work in the locations you specify
    • You are responsible for responding to interview invitations and employer communications
    • You must not use the service for fraudulent purposes

    No Guarantee of Employment

    • JobSmoker applies to jobs on your behalf but does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment
    • Job application success depends on many factors including your qualifications, experience, and market conditions
    • We guarantee that we will apply to the number of jobs stated in your plan each month

    Account Termination

    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
    • If we terminate your account, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining days in your billing period

    Limitation of Liability

    • JobSmoker is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service
    • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 30 days

    Changes to Terms

    • We may update these terms from time to time
    • We will notify you of significant changes via email
    • Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance
